We often talk about growth as adding more—more offers, more platforms, more visibility.
But what I’ve learnt recently is that real growth comes from stripping back.
That’s what I’m doing over the next few months.
I’m leaning in to my word for the year ‘grounded growth’ and listening to my body and mind.
What happens when the systems you’ve built to support your business start running you instead?
That’s the question I’ve been sitting with. So In this latest episode of Words That Change Lives, I share why I’m choosing to pause my podcast, not because it isn’t working, but because I need to realign.
Here’s what I unpack in this behind-the-scenes reflection:
The trap of autopilot success: when everything’s working… but something feels off
The power of realignment: revisiting mission, values, audience, and offers
The mantra guiding me forward: less is more, slow down to speed up
For me, this recalibration is about building a business rooted in joy, sustainability, and meaningful impact.
I’d love to know, have you ever felt called to slow down in order to grow?
Let’s talk about it. And if you’re a leader, consultant, or coach who needs support in navigating your own recalibration, send me an email hello@helenpackham.com
